Disappearing entries on iPad

Most of December items and some random future items disappeared from the MyCal Pro app on iPad, yet they still exist in the MyCal Pro on my iPhone and on iCal on both iPad and iPhone. ???

Hi there!
Are you using myCal Free or myCal Pro?

Can you try the following for me please:
On the month view scroll to November
Tap the Today button (top right next to the month)

Does that help?

If that hasn't refreshed can you try the following:
Press the Home button on your iPad
Double press the Home button to see the list of running apps
Press and hold on myCal until the icons start to shake
Press the minus icon on myCal to close it down
Press the home button again
Restart myCal

That will force myCal to reload your events.

I am using MyCal Pro on both iPad and iPhone. thank you for the prompt response and the procedures to reload. When I opened the MyCal Pro app on iPad to try the reload (about an hour or so after the initial problem), December entries that had disappeared were back without any procedure other than reopening the app (I had previously tried to close and reopen a few times before which then did not help). Still there were two instances of a repeating item which did show in Dec/Jan/Mar but were missing in Feb...this did not fix itself when the December entries reappeared. I then executed your shutdown procedure as detailed above to get MyCal Pro to reload the data. These items did reload, so everything appears to be back now. Thank you so much. I will know what to try if this happens again.

If it does happen again could you go into the Info option and select the Email log to support option, that should help me figure out what the cause is.
