Event not appearing after adding

I have added an event to my cal pro on my iPhone and it does not appear on my cal on iPad despite updating on both their default calendar. It will also not show up on iPad if I enter it there. Nothing is added after I touch done.

Hi Janet,
It sounds like when you installed on your iPad you may have declined when iOS asked if my app could access your calendars. Don't worry this is easy to change, please try the following:

Go into the Settings app on your iPad (not Settings within myCal PRO)
Go into Privacy, then Calendars
Set myCal to ON
Go back into myCal PRO, your events should be displayed.

If you still don't see your events you may have a filter set. Tap the filter icon in the toolbar (4 horizontal lines)
Make sure all calendars are ticked.
