I have a problem with mycal and mycal pro on my iphone 5.Every time i open the app directly closed the app

Hi there, Im sorry to hear you are having issues with my app.
When did you install it? Can you try to reboot your phone and see if it makes any difference?

Ok, are you able to connect to iTunes on your PC or Mac? I would appreciate it if you copy and email the logs.
If you can do this I can provide instructions on where the logs will be etc.
Otherwise you could try deleting the app and reinstalling from the AppStore. Don't worry though, Apple wont charge you twice.

Please sync your device with iTunes, this will copy the crash logs to your PC or Mac.
Then, depending on the type of computer you are using:
Mac:
~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/
PC:
C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\
Open the sub folder with the same name as your device. Inside you should find crash reports for various apps. Can you get the latest crash report starting with 'mycal'.
