[MOVED] InApp purchase issue

Hi John,
I have problems with in app purchase. I had purchased 'Extras Pack' but when I want to change colours the following messages appear:
'You have already purchased it but it hasn't been downloaded', and when I try to download: 'Unable to complete your inApp purchase at this time. Please try it later'.
I have try to download it for 3 days but I receive the same messages and nothing has changed.
Could you help me to solve this problem?

Hi Gabor!
Sorry to hear you are having an issue downloading the upgrade.
On the main screen can you tap the Info icon, then tap Restore all purchases.
If it still fails can you tap the Info icon again, then tap 'Email log data to support.

Hi Gabor,
Thank you for the log! Very interesting, I haven't seen that before. Ok I think I know what is going on and I have a fix for this already. I'll be sending out an update shortly that should resolve this.

Hi Sir
I have the same issue, already purchase- press ok to download but stated Unable to complete your inapp purchase. Already been 3 days
Please help to resolve this matter.

Could you try rebooting your phone and then tapping the Restore purchases button?

I have installed the update yesterday and Extra Pack works fine! Many thanks that you solved this issue so quckly. It's really a 5 stars app with excellent suport.
