App closing suddenly

I recently purchased this app, everything was transferred over and it worked great for two days. Now when I hit the ICAL button on my phone to open the calendar, it quickly opens and then closes. I've tried deleting and re downloading. I've tried resetting my phone??? HELP! I need to see my calendar!

Sorry to hear that my app is crashing immediately for you, I have had a few similar reports of this recently.

When you run myCal does it ask you to send an error email?
If not, would it be ok if I send you a debug build to try?

No it doesn't offer to send an email. How do we debug? I need this fixed ASAP or a refund

Something interesting reported by another user, if he taps on the Info button as the app is loading but before it has finished drawing the events, it doesn't crash!

Are you by any chance using an iPhone 5s?

Have you upgraded to the latest version 1.9.6? And the latest iOS 7 (7.0.4)?

I also have a new version waiting for Apple to approve which might fix the problem, but if it doesn't it should allow you to send a crash email to let me know what the exact issue is.

Are you using an iPhone 5s?

Just an update on this, myCal 1.9.7 has been released which fixes (I believe) this issue. Can you confirm?

Problem of immediate closing continues on both my iPhone 4 and iPad (even with new update)

Update: I noticed that it does work ok on my iPhone 4. Not sure when that started. iPad still has the problem.
