Cannot use inapp on iPad and iPhone

I have purchased the my cal pro and also the inapp extra pack on my iPhone 6. Having now installed the app on my iPad i cannot seem to use the extra pack. It asked me to purchase the extra pack. I have read another thread where you say to click the I icon and restore purchases. I try this but I get a error ' cannot use inapp purcheases' or something along those lines.

How can I use the inapp purchases that I have paid for.

I have uninstalled rebooted the iPad etc still to no avail.

Hi Andrew,
The error you are seeing 'cannot use inapp purchases' is not a myCal error. Can you email me the log file from your iPad immediately after attempting to Restore Purchases:
    Tap the Info button in the toolbar
    Tap Email log to support

Also, if you *did* click to purchase the Extra's Pack you wont actually be charged (if you are still using the same iTunes account). You cannot be charged twice for an app or in-app purchase (except in-apps that are subscriptions, Extras Pack isn't one of those its a 1 off).
