Timezone handling

When creating an appointment and selecting a different timezone, I would expect that the times I input are for the selected timezone. Instead it assumes I’m inputting the time already converted.

In eastern timezone.
Select central time zone.
Input a time 6:00.
Upon saving it will be 6:00 eastern.

That does sound odd, I'll take a look at that next and see what is going on.
