I needed to change my Apple ID (long story.) This change is recognized by the basic MyCal app but I am being asked to pay again for MyCal Pro.
How can I transfer my purchased the MyCalPro benefits to my new Apple ID.

This isn’t something we can assist you with, the best option would be to contact Apple and ask them to transfer all purchases you made on the old id to the new one, for all purchases not just myCal related.
