Puzzled by lists

Hi, new user here. Very puzzled by what I'm supposed to do with lists. I've found out how to create one ... but then after I've typed in the name and saved it, I can't find it. A long tap on the + at the top always says No Lists Found! even though I just created one. How do I use lists please?

That does sound strange, can you add a new list and then immediately tap the Info option in the toolbar, then tap Email log to support and I will take a look.

When did you send the log? Im not seeing anything that mentions Wombat...
