How do I either completely remove the AT calendar from Mycal display or completely remove
the additional calendar pack please? I have installed AT in error.

You can tell iOS to permanently delete a subscribed calendar by doing the following:

You can tell iOS to permanently delete a subscribed calendar by doing the following:
- Go into the Settings app (not Settings in myCal)
- Tap Accounts & Passwords
- Tap Subscribed Calendars
- Tap the calendar you wish to delete
- Tap Delete Account
