Visibility & in-app purchase

I have some issues:
* I have earlier bought the pro version, but I can't see this in the App store anymore - so I can't reinstall it on my phone.
* the free version: I can't buy the in-app features you have listed. If I turn in-app purchase restrictions ON, your app says it needs to be turned off. If I turn it OFF, you app doesn't do anything when I click it - so essentially can't buy.
Using iOS 12, and have tried with both ON and OFF on in-app purchase restrictions.
