iOS 14 update

Hi, I updated my iPhone to iOS 14 this week and since then can’t open the myCal app anymore. It’s always crashing, whenever I try. Restarting the phone also didn’t help. Any ideas? I have all my appointments and other important data in the calendar and am afraid to lose them. Help would be highly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi there!
If you open the iOS Calendar app on your device, can you still see your events?
myCal doesn't actually store events within itself, it simply reads and writes to the calendars it sees on your device. So when you open the default calendar app and can see your events, you are safe to delete myCal and reinstall it. Hopefully that should resolve the crash you are seeing.
