Syncing

My calendars are not syncing between my Ipad & Iphone.

Please advise

Hi there!
Are you using iCloud, gmail or Exchange?

If you are using iCloud, are both devices using the same iCloud credentials?

Also, on both devices can you do the following:
Tap the Info icon in the toolbar
Tap 'Email log data to support'

I'll take a look at the logs and see what is different.

I sent the calendars from both iPhone & iPad. Any results in what I maybe doing wrong?

Just an FYI. When I first downloaded the calendar they were syncing ?

Apologies, I missed it when you sent the log files at the weekend!

Ok everything looks correct to me from the log file side. But there are a few things you can try:

• Go into the Settings app on both devices (not Settings within myCal)
• Check the iCloud settings, make sure both devices are logging in
• Add a test event on both devices with a different name
• Log into iCloud.com. See which events arrive
• Add an event within iCloud.com. See which devices receive the event

Let me know how you get on!

How do you change the default calendar?...for when ur adding a new event.

There is a setting for that! Try this:

• Go into the Settings app (not Settings in myCal)
• Go into Mail, Contacts, Calendars
• Scroll to the Calendars section, and set the Default Calendar

Did you get the syncing issue resolved?
