Apple getting to clever

Just discovered that it is no longer to sync calendar and contacts through ITunes but that I am being forced to use the cloud. Don't want to do that. I don't want my address book and contacts in the cloud. Please make it possible to sync your app directly between devices.

Hi Jonathan,
I totally understand your feelings on the matter, Apple are actively encouraging people to not want to adopt their technology, especially so with Mavericks forcing people to sync contacts with their devices via iCloud.

I have been toying with the idea of offering a different way of keeping devices in sync without using iCloud. Its only in its infancy as regards to planning but I can see it on my wider roadmap for consideration in the future.
